Driven Woodcock/Snipe - Llyn Peninsula 4-6th areas added 2021

General Game season - 1st October - 1st February - we only shoot Woodcock from the 1st week of DECEMBER and we limit numbers of birds shot this iscompany policy from 2019 to protect our native birds 

Driven or Walked up Woodcock/Snipe Llyn Peninsula 

The hunt is within the Criccieth /Porthmadog area the ground belts and spinneys of crabbed thorns recoil from thin-lipped sea winds. Their limbs lichen stained ankle deep in brambles and bracken, the other part of the  shoot is done among small woodland blocks huge snipe bog area and its not unuaual to lift 70-80 birds in a day woodcock that is never mind any other species. you will not be dissapointed.
